I'm in the sticker club now Folks!
I looove stickers!
Apparently so do many others, bc I've seen so many market vendors out there selling stickers. I was looking for something specific tho, so, as the saying goes, "make the stickers you want to see in the world."😏
Shout out to Uno Printing Co. based in Regina, SK who made these stickers a reality for me in an insanely short amount of time! 👏 I ordered them last Sunday. I received them early Friday morning in time for the CMU Market tomorrow. Woot!!
I've definitely got some learning to do with how I design stickers, but I'm proud of completing a project I've been dreaming of for *years* that I just never moved forward with due to, what?
Fear? Imposter syndrome? Lack of certainty of "best process"? blah, blah, blah. Obstacles that even almost 50yo still can wrestle with. 🙄 Ugh!

Also radical, imo, to depict a (or, I guess I should say "the") Mennonite Man doing what some might consider 'women's work'. Radical. You can't see it in this sticker, because it's too small, sadly, but Menno has put his initials on his sewing box and has a sticker there that declares, "Mend Your Clothes"
*Menno Simons was a Radical Reformer during the Reformation(s) era. His is the name that gave Mennonites their moniker. (Funny story about why it's his first name rather than last, like all the other -ites and -ists... you'll have to ask me tho, as I'm guessing it may not be as interesting for most readers as for me. Haha) Menno had some legitimately radical ideas, and was one of the people who are legitimately admirable for a woman 🙋♀️in a cl
