I’ve been thinking about a very practical problem:
Many local communities, small businesses, and service-based environments need products that are more practical, better value, and easier to replenish.
But in reality, after too many layers, the final offer is often no longer attractive enough for the end user.
I come from the manufacturing and supply side in China.
Beyond products from my own factory, I also work on integrating competitive manufacturing resources in China.
Recently, I’ve been exploring a small, local, and practical collaboration model:
I handle the China-side sourcing, supply coordination, and basic support,
while local partners bring real understanding of their market, community, or service environment.
Together, we test whether we can bring more practical and better-value products to the people who actually need them.
This is not a big agency pitch,
and I’m not looking to start with heavy commitments.
What I really want is to connect with people who genuinely understand local needs and are open to testing a small pilot first.
If you are connected to:
local communities
property / cleaning / service operations
small business networks
practical local-use scenarios
feel free to comment or message me.
I’d be glad to start with a simple conversation.
