Hello Backers, here are greetings from WiWU founder&CEO Yesen Zhu.

Here i am updating you the current situation of ONEPACK Crowfunding project.

1, Delivery Situation At present, the shipment has been done 95%, there are about 100pcs remaining which due to unidentified & incomplete address, problem shipment and survey unfinished. We are working hard to sort out these issues, and try to send out the rest of it within two weeks. Accordingly, if you don’t receive the bag within 3 weeks, pls send us email [email protected] CC: [email protected] , and put your consignee information and backer order information. We will check for your asap.

2, Quality issue

In the first shipment which may have shoulder strap problem. If you have this kind of problem or other production quality issue, pls kindly let us know, we will evaluate and response accordingly by send a new one or other bags you can pick from our existing product line. Pls send email :[email protected] CC:[email protected]

3, Missing organizing pad and wash pouch

Due to design changing, we canceled the organize pad and wash pouch in 2nd production lot. We haven’t notified and updated this information, it’s lack of communication. In order to make it up to you, we put a shoulder bag and a washing pouch in recent package, we appreciate your understanding from backers who have accepted this solution. M/W,if you haven’t received the additional shoulder bag and washing pouch, pls contact with us, we will resend these two items for you.

Honestly, this is our first crowfunding project. From design concept to production, we have been encountered lots of unexpected problem., Also we have realized that there are lots of aspects need to be improved like communication, production control etc. We thanks all your backers’ support and patience. We are highly appreciated your understanding.

Anyway, we will take responsibility for this as we can and keep moving, As a founder and CEO, I am sure we can bring you more better items, PLS look forward to it. Let’s be expected.

Dear Backers,
Pls give me your full name of consignee which has been filled out on the survey for this project, so i can check the tracking numbers for you guys. I am searchig it one by one by myself. Already told you guys about the numbers if i knew and got it.
And some backers didn't not fill out the survey, so that we cannot send the bag, pls email us at [email protected]. Under these circumstances, we cannot send you. So pls be patience. Or others cases, there are addresses are incomplete, we cannot send it either. Pls understand it. We are trying to contact you one by one for these situations. To make sure of you get the bags you paid for.
For privacy, any one who wants to know the tracking numbers, pls message me privately, so that i can let you know about it.

Dear Backers,

Sorry again for the delay of the shipment, and please accept our apology that we haven’t been communicating effectively with you.

Here we want to share the latest shipment status with you!

314 bags already sent to some of the backers in USA, and all backers in Japan. You will be expected to get OnePack in several days.

150 bags were just sent to USA 28th,May!

For the rest of 1300 backpacks, which are in the process of manufacturing now. We will send 100 pieces a day starting from 10th~15th, June. All bags will be shipped at the end of June. All the materials are ready now as you can see in the below pictures.
