During a recent client visit from Europe, one detail was still waiting for a final decision — the contrast picot edge color.

So we prepared two options, confirmed the direction, coordinated with our local suppliers, and turned the decision into a finished sample.

From idea → comparison → confirmation → reality ✨

Experience often helps us identify potential production risks early in the process 🧵

In a recent development, the client’s design combined applique embroidery with a printed outline.

At sampling stage, it looked perfect. But we knew that in bulk production, there could be a risk — the appliqué might slightly shift and overlap the printed line due to production variations 📐

So we raised it early with the client and discussed possible solutions together 🤝

Instead of relying on manual correction (not suitable for bulk production), we suggested a double-layer appliqué construction to keep everything aligned and stable ⚙️

The solution worked well, and was even applied to another style ✨

A simple reminder that small technical decisions in development can make a big difference in production results 👀

We' re currently preparing production for a long-established North American kidswear brand — a partnership we' ve built over the past 15 years 🤝 — covering 30,000 pieces across 60+ styles📦

Behind the scenes, the process is already in motion:
• Pattern team finalizing consumption and markers 📐
• Fabric and trims being sourced and aligned 🧵
• Production orders and technical sheets prepared 📄
• Pre-production planning across all styles ⚙️

With multiple styles running in parallel, organization and coordination are key — ensuring each piece moves forward with clarity and consistency.
