Today I attended a Trail Running of 20KM at Qingyuan Mountain.
3 hours, 34 minutes, countless small moments.
There were steep climbs, quiet forest paths, tired legs, and smiling strangers along the way.
There was also laughter, encouragement, and the simple joy of moving forward.
Trail running teaches me to respect my body, trust my rhythm, and stay kind to myself — even when it gets hard.
This is not just a race.
It’s a reminder that strength can be gentle, and progress can be joyful.
