Normally, when we made the samples in the sample room, the process went like this: first, create the paper pattern, then print it out and finally cut the fabric manually by hand.

But in our sample room, we have used laser cutting from several years ago. Once the paper pattern is created, we simply upload the file to the laser cutter's computer, and the fabric is cut instantly.

The result? Every curve and corner is perfectly shaped. The accuracy is on another level, and the pattern quality looks absolutely beautiful.

The inspection result is good, customer also approved the bulk shipment. However, we still come across a few small quality issues that couldn't be ignored. Getting the green light is one thing, holding ourselves accoutable to a higer standard is another. True quality means addressing every detail even when no one is asking. Because in the end, details define excellence and long-term relationship.
