Wet-rubbing fastness improving agent

【Brief information】
A special wet rubbing fastness improving agent for direct, reactive and sulfur dyestuffs whose wet rubbing fastness is low for deep shades, especially dark black, bright red and turquoise blue whose wet rubbing fastness is below Grade 3, while fabric wet rubbing fastness exported to Europe and US must be above Grade 3.

【Main composition】
Special water-based polyurethane.

【General properties】
Appearance: light yellow to yellow liquid
Solid content: ≧27%
Ionicity: weakly cationic
pH: 4.5 ± 1
Solubility: easily soluble in normal water in any proportion at room temperature
【Properties and fields of application】
1.Does not destroy fabric fastness, neither shades nor hand feels.
2. Excellent wet rubbing fastness improving performance that can meet above Grade 3 by improving 1- 2 grades for cellulose fibre with reactive dyestuffs.
3. No influence on light fastness and resistant to washing.
4. Free of formaldehyde and APEO that complies with environmental requirement.
5. Easy operation for using by direct dilution and good stability without oil floating.

【Application】
Dipping: 1-4% (O.W.F)
Bath ratio: 1: 10 - 20
Dyed fabrics (pH ≦ 7) → Dip at 25℃ × 20 - 30 min → Dry at 100 - 120℃→ Cure at 150 - 160℃ × 90 sec

Padding: 10 - 40 g/L
Dyed fabrics (pH ≦ 7) → Twice dip & pad at 15 - 20℃ with water retention 70 - 80% → Dry at 100 - 120℃
Prepared solution should be used immediately while it appears translucent emulsion at approx. 25℃.
Specific process should be adjusted by testing.

Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
Storage: 6 months in cool and dry place with sealed packing

Softener F22
Product introduce:
F22 is the latest developed high-end smooth & soft agent, can impact fabric excellent smooth/fluffy/softening function, especially suitable for cotton product and polyester & cotton blended fabric. No need to compound, be obviously soft/silky smooth performance with low dosage.

Characteristic:
No need to compound, it can meet most feelings requirements by using alone.
Low dosage, remarkable effect, also can be used together with other agents.
It can improve the fabric smooth/soft feeling, tearing strength and wrinkle resistance.
Without APEO, suitable for high environmental requirements products.

Physical and chemical properties:
Appearance : pale white liquid
PH : 6~7
Ionic: weak cationic
Solid content: 30%(105℃/2h)

Application:
F22 is suitable for soft&smooth finish to all kinds of fabric, especially with excellent effect for cotton and polyester/cotton blended fabric. It also can be used for linen and its blended fabric for high-end finishing. Clothes made by treated fabric by this product, will be silky feeling, and wearing comfort greatly improved.
F22 can be used for padding/dipping or spraying method. Can be used with other softeners/smoothing agents together.
After working liquid preparation by F22, please use up as soon as possible. In low concentration, the impurities in the water may affect the working liquid stability.
F22 finishing effect varies with the formulation and dosage. Before treating, the untreated product must be clean, otherwise it will affect the usage effect/stability.

Reference formula:
1. Dipping.
Dosage: 0.5~3%(o.w.f) PH：5.5~6.5
Bath ratio: 1:10~20 Time: 20~30min
Temperature: 20~30℃
Padding.
Dosage: 10~30g/l PH： 5.5~6.5
Rolling over rate: 70~80% Method: one pad one dip or two pads two dips
Bath temperature: 20~30℃

Storage and transportation:
125kg/plastic barrel
Storage: avoid direct sunlight and frozen, in original storage tanks for 6 months.
Transportance: non dangerous goods, transported as normal product.
Notes: should prevent heavy metal ion/strong acid&alkali pollution.

Surfactant SDT-190
Product description:
SDT-190 is nonionic surfactant properties with excellent performance and completely biodegradable.
It is easy to soluble in water, excellent emulsifying cleaning ability, low foam, also has performance of flow using at low temperature in winter.
It is one of important components in synthetic detergent, using it to prepare various detergent has good cleaning ability for animal oil, plant oil and mineral oil.
Using it for synthetic fiber oil agent component can have emulsifying properties and antistatic effect.
It can be used as general industrial emulsion, wetting agent, battery corrosion inhibitor;
In printing&dyeing industry, it is used as refining/ diffusion/wetting/ washing agent.

COLD WATER SOLUBLE SOFTENER FLAKE SF205
Instruction
It is cationic flake with wrinkle resistance, It is excellent soft and fluffy when used for cotton, blending, T/C, yarn. mainly used as soft and fluffy fiber agent, fluffy agent , wrinkle resistance agent.

Property
Component: quaternary ammonium salt flake
Appearance: light yellow
Water soluble appearance: milky white dense stuff(10% solution)
PH value: 4.0-6.0 (10% solution)

Feature
1.It gives fiber soft and smooth hand feeling, prevent the processing of material tensile strength, with excellent wrinkle resistance properties. 2. Used as a fluffy agent, It can shorten the frequency and time of fluff, It can increase the tear strength of baric, make fabric feel soft,fluffy and ease of sewing.
3. Used as a synthetic softener, It gives woolly-nylon the same effect of cationic softener, for polypropylene have similar cationic softener nitrile touch. 4. It will not discolor, smell because of long-term store or heat

Dissolution method
1. Dissolved in cold water: firstly take the product by 6% -10% ratio into the 10 ℃ -30 ℃ cold water, and proper mixing to avoid bonding, time about 5-10 minutes, until the solution become sticky. flake become white and soft, and dispersed in the solution to stop stirring, and then put it aside for 1-3 hours, from the flake into the emulsion, then you can use them a general liquid softener .
2. Dissolved in hot water: firstly take the product by 6% -10% ratio into cold water to soak for 5-10 minutes, began to stir gradually unit heated to 40 ℃ -60 ℃, and the flake can completely dissolved, it can used when it form a white paste.

Suggestion:It is best to use up when dissolved, if not used up, it should be sealed for storage.

Application
General conditions of 30 ℃ -45 ℃ padding or soaking 15-30 minutes, drying of 80 ℃ -100 ℃. padding or soaking advanced recipe of density is1g - l-5g / L, washing treatment 100kg fabric using100g-500g.
Note: The specific amount and craft confirmed by the actual production equipment & conditions
Package: 25kg Woven bag

Storage: waterproof, anti-extrusion, Piling up layer not more than 8 tier, the temperature not more than 35 ℃, put in cool place for one year.
