Das mag eine überraschende Aussage sein, wenn sie von Designern von Modeaccessoires kommt, aber wir meinen es ernst. Weil wir möchten, dass Sie unsere Produkte auch in fünf Jahren noch genauso lieben wie an dem Tag, an dem Sie sie kaufen. Die unverwechselbare Optik und Haptik von hochwertigem Leder oder die wohlige Wärme und Weichheit feiner Stoffe sind für uns ebenso wichtig wie die individuellen

Designs. Als logische Konsequenz dieses Ansatzes behandeln wir Materialien mit großem Respekt, indem wir Lederreste aus der Möbelindustrie upcyclen und Stoffe verwenden, die aus der Wiederaufbereitung von Abfällen aus der Bekleidungsherstellung stammen. Mehr Infos unter:

I'm not really a person of big quotes. But sometimes, certain sentences catch me ❤️ and those I love to remember every day.

I’ve hung two of them in my studio, where I spend half of my waking hours. Words that make me think, reflect, and remember.

(And no, the studio doesn't look always so neat and clean 😅. I really worked hard on it)

One more thing has been with me for almost 10 years: this keychain. It was one of the first products we made!
I came up with the idea to print favorite sentences on a keychain, something people can look at the whole day.

And this one was always my favorite: “Always eat dessert first” ☺️
It reminds me to enjoy life and not follow the obvious rules.

Sometimes the beginning of a brand is not a big plan.
Sometimes it’s just an opportunity you decide to say yes to.

Around the time we started experimenting with leather scraps, an upholstery workshop called us - They were closing down had piles of leather leftovers from years of production and were about to throw everything away.

“Do you want to come pick them up?”

I drove my bike fast and – OMG, there were jewels !
we organized a transport and came home with nine huge bags full of leather leftovers. Different colors, shapes and textures.

At first it just looked like chaos. (we even found a dried mouse! 🐭😯)

But when we spread everything across the floor, the pieces began to turn into ideas.
That pile of discarded leather became our first collection of bags and wallets.
Not perfect.
But full of possibilities.

And without realizing it at the time, it also became the basic core of Gazur.
Sometimes design begins exactly there.
