At the foot of the Andes, more than 20 artisans, artists and designers have come together to keep the traditions of the telar criollo alive.
What began as a shared love for textile heritage has grown into – a travelling cultural space where weaving, storytelling, gastronomy and community meet.
Through their work, they preserve ancestral knowledge while creating new connections between people, landscapes and generations.
Every thread carries a story. Every textile becomes a voice.

Bienvenue à Cannes ! 🇫🇷 The film festival is in full swing and we are excited to announce a joint collaboration to mark the event. Initiated by Style & the Gang, marine conservationist Tharaka Sriram, in her role as programmer and curator for film festivals, presents an exclusive coat with beautiful embroideries from the slow fashion brand ÏMAIMA. We are thrilled to see our dear Tharaka, who is also a vocal for female rights and discrimination, in such a glamorous setting.

ÏMAIMA, founded by Bahhareh Karimi, blends elements of Berlin's art and culture scene with traditional Indian craftsmanship in its designs. Artistic embroidery is a key stylistic feature. As a conscious slow fashion brand, transparency is very important to ÏMAIMA. The artisans behind each piece are not anonymous, but are highlighted as key contributors. >> Stay tuned, we'll be showing more ÏMAIMA outfits soon!
