Sleep in socks or without them?🤔
You are probably not even aware of how many people around you really sleep in their socks, all of them somehow hide that from each other.
Wearing socks in sleep is useful, because it helps us get into sleep more quickly and that at about 4 am in the morning when body temperature is low, it provide the body with enough heat, it is not a shame or something to blame!

Also, keep in mind to take care of your feet and wash them and dry well before going to bed. The socks should be made of natural materials and not overwhelmed.
But people do not take care of this, sleeping in socks you wore all day long, or wear socks made of synthetic materials where foot does not breathe ..
