وبعد التطورات بدا التوسع فى تصنيع الملابس الجاهزة الشبابى وفى بداية التسعنيات انضم الابناء الى الوالد معتمدين على اللة وعلى الوالد والامكانيات والعلاقات والخدمات الع
ظيمة التى وفرها لهم وتم تاسيس ماركة هوت لاين عام1994 وبناء مصنع هوت لاين 5 ادوار كاملة الدور بمساحة 500 متر مربع وبدا تحديد العلاقة بين المصنع والمستهلك وهو ما جعلنا نبدا افكارنا من الفتلة ثم النسج ثم الصباغة والتجهيز حيث هذة من احدى عوامل نجاح المنتج مع المستهلك وذيادة مدة عدد غسلات المنتج الى سنين ومنذ هذا العام وبدا هوت لاين بفرض وعرض افكارة التى هى من الوحى الشخصى وليس من المجلات وخلافة من مصادر الموديلات مما لاقت هذة الافكار والموديلات قبولا كاسحا من جميع اطياف السوق المصرى فقد لاقت قبولا كبيرا عند الفنان عمرو دياب فى اكثر من موديل منهم البدى وكثير من الفنانيين مثل احمد السقا واحمد زاهر وهنيدى وخلافهم كثيريين والعالمى فقد تم تصدير هوت لاين الى دبى ولبنان وسوريا وليبيا والسعودية وتم انتاج ما لايقل عن 2 مليون قطعة بدى هوت لاين ومئات اللاف من الموديلات حتى عام 2003
ويكفينا فخر من ان منتجاتنا من التسعنيات ما زلت تستهلك حتى وقتنا هذا
