4 Different types of workout for bigger muscles, you must try only one of them every week at least to see results. 💪🏋️‍♂️

1. Drop Sets
Allow you to continue your workout past the point that it would usually end. When your muscles are screaming ‘no more’, what they’re forgetting to say is, ‘...at that weight’. 🆙
Example: Leg press to failure, reduce the weight without resting. Continue until you can’t.

2. Rest-pause Set (AMRAP)
You’re essentially breaking your set down into a bunch of mini sets with rest-pause training, which allows you to continue past your usual point of failure. 👊
Example: 8 dumbbell preacher curls to failure, rest period, 3 reps to failure, rest period, 1 rep to failure.

3. Super Set
When two (or more) different exercises for opposing muscle groups are performed one after the other, without a rest period – upping the intensity, and allowing you to complete more work in less time. ⌛
Example: 10 reps of bicep curls followed by 10 reps of tricep dips. Rest and repeat.

4. (Giant Set)
A Giant Set is three different exercises for the same body part performed back-to-back with no rest in between. A giant set is a tri-set with additional exercises and sets.
Example: 10 squats, 10 leg extensions, 10 lying hamstring curls.

Note: These all are basically cheat workouts. As it is used, when you are unable to build a specific muscles or performing isolation and which are mostly avoided during muscle building. ❌

If the idea is to gain weight, it’s fine. If the idea is to gain muscle then it can be misleading. ❌

Though weight loss is a goal for many people, others hope to gain weight, often to look and feel more muscular or to improve athletic performance. ⛹️
The most critical component of gaining weight is consuming more calories than you burn on a daily basis. 🔥
For people who struggle to eat enough to gain weight, mass gainer supplements are an effective way to increase your calorie intake. 📈
One can probably only gain 0.2-0.5 pounds of muscle per week. You have to eat enough calories above maintenance to hit that. Gaining muscle without gaining too much fat is an extraordinarily difficult game and it takes time. 🐢⏳
Weight/Mass gainer will just boost your weight with fats and carbs. But if your aim is to just increase muscle mass then you must go with your diet & whey protein which would be great. 💪🏻

Mass Gainer Shake (Pre-workout or Breakfast) 🥛
Banana - 1 or 2
Flaxseeds - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - pinch
Jaggery - 20gm
Almonds - 10
Curd - 2 tablespoons
Skimmed Milk - 200ml
Oats - 50gm
Peanut Butter - 32gm
Whey Protein - 1 Scoop (optional)

Note: Having a proper diet throughout the day and specially before & after your workout will definitely lead to weight gain you don't have to go through any shortcut it might take few months but will definitely increase your muscles mass under less cost than gainers. ✅

Losing fat can be a hussle if you don’t have adequate knowledge of diet. In the past, i have personally experienced that you can never lose fat if you don’t have a control over what you eat. I had looked for so many different diet programmes and been scammed but the one below worked best for me and i have been able to lose fat and get back to shape. I highly encourage anyone who is looking to lose some weight to try it out. You won’t regret and that’s my promise.
