Heavy, tired legs? Here’s what’s actually inside this botanical ritual, and why each step matters.
🌲 Cypress Essential Oil
Steam-distilled from Cupressus sempervirens branches, cypress oil is naturally rich in aromatic monoterpenes, particularly α-pinene and δ-3-carene. Its fresh, woody aroma makes it a traditional choice for energising massage rituals when the legs feel heavy or fatigued. Always dilute it in a carrier oil before applying.
🌸 Bourbon Geranium Hydrosol
Artisanally distilled from fresh Pelargonium graveolens flowering tops. The hydrosol captures the plant’s water-soluble aromatic compounds and trace volatile molecules, creating a gentle, rose-like mist that refreshes and tones the skin without the intensity of an essential oil.
🛁 Serenity Bath Salts
A blend of mineral-rich Guérande salt, clay, fine lavender essential oil and silver fir essential oil. The warm mineral soak helps create a comforting bath ritual, while lavender and fir bring a calming, forest-like aroma.
✨ Choose your massage base
🌼 Calendula macerate: rich in calendula flavonoids and triterpene alcohols, infused into omega-6-rich sunflower oil, ideal for delicate or easily irritated skin.
🥜 Sweet almond oil: naturally rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid and vitamin E, giving excellent glide while softening and nourishing dry skin.
🌿 Jojoba oil: technically a liquid wax, rich in stable monounsaturated lipids. Lightweight, non-greasy and especially useful when you want nourishment without a heavy finish.
Massage gently upward from the ankles, then finish with the cooling geranium mist.
Save this for your next heavy-leg evening 💜
