That letter from USCIS, ICE, or immigration court does not have to be scary or confusing.

You have the right to stay silent, no matter your status. And an ICE administrative warrant signed by an officer is not the same as a warrant signed by a judge. Community legal organizations explain that difference clearly, and it is worth understanding before you ever need it.
