Real sealant performance is measured on the trail, not on a workstand in a shop.

The main issue with thick sealants is that they move too slowly toward the puncture, causing significant pressure loss. On top of that, dense formulas dry out and congeal inside the tire in record time.

Panzer balances the three key factors of tubeless performance:

At what technical cost is that achieved?
To get that instant seal on large punctures, many formulas sacrifice their water base. This causes a massive spike in the internal evaporation rate, turning your sealant into thick sludge in a matter of weeks or even days.
