We just realized we never uploaded one of the key pieces of our Dragon Scale Armor... the Dragon Scale Belt & Tassets! 🐉

To make up for it, we've included a short video showing one of the things we're most proud of: its mobility.

Although the overlapping scales look heavy and rigid, every plate has been carefully designed and articulated to move naturally with your body. Run, kneel, sit or fight without sacrificing the imposing look of heavy armor.

Perfect for barbarians, Vikings, orcs, raiders and any warrior looking for a powerful silhouette without compromising comfort.

Available in Brown and Black, and you can complete the look with the matching Dragon Scale chest armor, pauldrons, bracers and greaves, all available in our shop.

¡Nos acabamos de dar cuenta de que nos habíamos dejado sin subir una de las piezas clave de nuestra Armadura de Escamas de Dragón... el Cinturón con Tassets! 🐉

Para compensarlo, os dejamos un pequeño vídeo donde podéis ver una de las cosas de las que más orgullosos estamos: su movilidad.

Aunque las escamas parecen pesadas y muy rígidas, cada placa ha sido cuidadosamente diseñada y articulada para acompañar todos tus movimientos. Puedes correr, agacharte, sentarte o combatir sin renunciar a ese aspecto imponente de una armadura pesada.

Es una pieza perfecta para bárbaros, vikingos, orcos, saqueadores o cualquier guerrero que quiera una silueta espectacular sin perder comodidad.

Meet the newest piece in our Barbarian Collection: a spacious leather belt pouch made for carrying far more than a handful of coins.

Its flexible suede sides expand when filled, while keeping the pouch compact when you are travelling light. It also includes two ways to wear it: hanging slightly below the belt for a classic fantasy look, or mounted close to the waist for a firmer, more stable fit.

Available in Ageg Black and Aged Brown.

This pouch is part of our complete Barbarian Set, with matching belts, shoulder armor, sword holders and more, but it also works perfectly on its own.

Os presentamos la nueva pieza de nuestra Colección Bárbara: una amplia bolsa de cinturón de cuero pensada para llevar bastante más que unas cuantas monedas.

Sus laterales flexibles de serraje permiten que se expanda cuando la llenas, pero mantienen un tamaño compacto cuando llevas pocas cosas. After months of requests, we're finally introducing our new Outcast Props Bushcraft Collection.

Our lead designer, Leo, has combined years of leathercraft experience with extensive survival training in both arid and extreme cold environments. Every piece in this collection has been designed, tested, redesigned and refined to solve real problems in the field, while keeping the handcrafted aesthetic that defines Outcast Props.

The collection currently includes:

First powder, then steel. 🏴‍☠️ This baldric is made for pirate and soldier characters who like to keep their options very, very close.

It can carry up to four pistols, three flintlocks and one smaller pistol, plus a side sword sheath for that final moment when the smoke clears and things get personal.

It has had a fantastic response, and honestly, we get it. It has presence, it has drama, and it makes any character look dangerously prepared.

Available in Aged Brown or Brown, with gold or silver details.

Primero la pólvora, luego el acero. 🏴‍☠️ Este baldric está pensado para personajes pirata y soldado que quieren tener sus opciones muy, muy cerca.

A multifunction leather bag that fits a large smartphone and can be worn both as a shoulder bag or as a belt hip bag.

It was designed for Ren Faire, LARP, medieval markets and fantasy outfits, but also for everyday use, because honestly, modern pockets are a joke.

It has enough space for your phone and a few small essentials, an adjustable strap, belt attachment options, and extra points where you can hang charms, trinkets or accessories.

So yes, it works with a full medieval or fantasy outfit.

But it also works with jeans, boots and the daily mission of not losing your phone.

Sometimes we take custom orders simply because they make us smile 😆 This one started with a client (hey, Nikolai!!!) who loved our Dragon Scale Bracers but had a very specific request: smaller proportions for slim arms and legs, and a texture inspired more by a crustacean than a dragon.

Honestly? The idea was too fun to ignore.

So we started experimenting with shapes, textures, colors, and aging techniques until we ended up with this strange little beast. Somewhere between dragon scales, crab shell, and something that probably lives in the deepest part of a fantasy ocean. 🦀

The best part? The client absolutely loved the result.

Custom projects like this are some of our favorites because they push us to try things we would never have thought of on our own.

So if you have a idea based on one of our catalogue pieces send us a message. We can't promise we'll say yes to everything... but we do love a good challenge.



A veces aceptamos encargos personalizados simplemente porque nos hacen gracia 😆

Este empezó con un cliente al que le gustaban nuestros Brazales de Escamas de Dragón, pero que tenía una petición muy concreta: unas proporciones más pequeñas para brazos y piernas delgados y una textura inspirada más en un crustáceo que en un dragón.

La verdad es que la idea nos hizo tanta gracia que no pudimos resistirnos.

Así que empezamos a jugar con formas, texturas, colores y técnicas de envejecido hasta llegar a esta curiosa criatura. Algo a medio camino entre unas escamas de dragón, el caparazón de un cangrejo y alguna cosa que seguramente vive en el fondo de un océano fantástico. 🦀

¿Lo mejor? Al cliente le encantó el resultado.

Este tipo de proyectos personalizados son de nuestros favoritos porque nos obligan a salir de la zona de confort y probar cosas nuevas.

Así que si tienes una idea basada en una pieza de nuestro catálogo, escríbenos. No prometemos decir que sí a todo... pero nos encantan los buenos desafíos.

Black leather for LARP… and for the kind of club where leather is not exactly a strange choice 😏

This harness with shoulder pauldron and dagger sheaths can go full assassin, rogue, adventurer or dark fantasy character inside the game.

But outside the game? Remove the dagger sheaths. Remove the pauldron. Keep the harness and the attitude, and suddenly you're ready for night events, alternative fashion, clubs, concerts, and all those adventures that definitely don't involve dragons.

The pauldron comes in two sizes, and you can wear the harness with or without the dagger sheaths depending on the mission.

Some adventures happen in forests.

Some adventures happen after midnight. 🖤

⚒️ Some pieces become icons in the catalog. Others become the starting point for something entirely personal.

One of the things we enjoy most at Outcast Props is taking an existing design and adapting it until it truly feels like it belongs to the person who will wear it.

In this case, the request was clear: the client loved our Witcher-style Baldric and wanted it combined with the same texture, aging and visual language as our new Outcast Armor. The result is this complete set where everything speaks the same language.

The baldric, the bracers and the accessories were all crafted together. We cut them from matching leather, dyed them in the same batch, applied the same texture work, the same weathering process and the same final finish. That way every piece shares the same character, the same wear marks and the same visual identity.

Can pieces from different makers be combined? Of course.

But if visual cohesion is important to you, if you want your gear to feel like it was made for the same warrior, the same mercenary, the same witch hunter or adventurer, there is something special about having the whole set created by the same artisan.

So if you love one of our designs but want it adapted to your character, your armor or your personal style, just ask. Custom projects are one of our favourite things to work on.

Because sometimes the goal isn't simply owning great gear.

It's making every piece look like it has always belonged together.

A corset? No. A Viking underbust? Getting warmer.

A dragon-approved confidence boost that makes you look like you know exactly where you're going, even when you're completely lost in the woods? Now we're talking. 🐉

This underbust combines Viking and Celtic knotwork, premium leather, heavy-duty buckles, and our signature epic aging finish. The kind of piece that looks like it has survived three raids, two tavern brawls, and at least one questionable life decision.

Available in Aged Brown Battle Damage and Black Battle Damage.

The real question is...

¿Un objeto capaz de hacer que parezca que acabas de regresar de matar un dragón, aunque en realidad solo hayas ido a por pan? Ahí sí. 🐉

Este underbust combina motivos vikingos y celtas, cuero premium, hebillas resistentes y nuestro característico envejecido épico. De esos que parecen haber sobrevivido a tres saqueos, dos peleas de taberna y alguna decisión discutible tomada después de la tercera jarra de hidromiel.
