Operating Rules:
- Available Friday and Saturday
- To place an order, simply write the provided reference and size if applicable. The first customer to order gets the item. (On your phone/computer, your name may appear first, but what counts is what's on Bianca's phone).
- For questions about previous orders, please send a private message; nothing is discussed live.
- On Mondays, messages are sent to all customers with the reservation amounts and payment details.
- After making the payment, always send proof of payment via private message. Without proof of payment, we cannot validate the payment.
- If payment is not made by midnight on Tuesday, your order will be withdrawn (unless there is a pending situation).
- On Wednesdays/Thursdays, all orders that have been paid for and confirmed are packed.
- On Thursdays/Fridays, all packed orders are sent to the addresses provided via private message.
- We do not exchange/return accessories (bags, wallets, costume jewelry, watches, belts, hats, caps, scarves...), underwear, swimsuits, sale items, or clearance items.
- We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges must be communicated to us via private message and sent by registered mail within 15 days (after our authorization), counting from the day of receiving the order, and the item must have the tag and no signs of use. We do not accept exchanges of items that have not been communicated to us or sent after the stipulated deadline.
