MH13 Havoc. Deep navy, with just enough variation in the surface to keep it alive. I love pairing it with pale stitching because it gives the whole strap a little structure without taking away from the leather.

This is the kind of strap I enjoy making most — understated from a distance, but full of small details when you get closer.

Handmade to order, one piece at a time.

MH09 Poseidon on the PAM1086 — deep distressed green, yellow stitching, and just enough contrast to wake up the black dial without turning the whole thing into a circus.

I’ve always liked pairings where the strap changes the character of the watch without overpowering it. The green keeps it grounded, the yellow gives it a little spark, and on this case it just feels right.

One of those combinations I keep coming back to.

RH01 Rustling, taking it easy on the PAM422.

This is one of those leathers I enjoy working with because the final color isn’t simply chosen from a catalogue. The Italian nubuck is custom dyed by hand, building the tone gradually until it has the depth and variation I’m looking for.

Here, that warm mustard shade gives the 47mm PAM422 a completely different personality without fighting the watch. The soft nubuck also wears beautifully, picking up subtle marks and character as it’s used.

Some leathers are interesting because of what they do with color. This one is interesting because of what it does with almost none.

Vintage Edition Slate, cut from Italian leather in a cool, muted grey. I like the way the brushed surface softens the whole strap and lets the grain, edges and texture do most of the talking.

On polished steel it feels clean and restrained. But I keep imagining this one on a brunito Panerai — that slightly aged, darker case against the pale grey leather could be a seriously good combination.

Understated, a little industrial, and very easy to wear.

Made to order, one piece at a time.

Perfect mid-summer morning in Sitges.

A walk by the sea with the PAM372 on the Master 13 in Horween Shell Cordovan before heading back to the workshop.

This is the kind of leather I never get tired of wearing — dense, smooth, structured, and better once it has started to take the shape of the wrist.

Quiet morning. Big Panerai. Then back to the bench.

There’s something about brown, bronze and linen that just feels right.

Vintage Edition Saddle Tan on my PAM382 Bronzo, finished with linen-coloured stitching. I like how the warm brown settles into the bronze case without trying to match it too perfectly — everything sits in the same earthy palette, but each material still has its own character.

Even the stitching feels at home here. Against the linen jacket, the whole combination has that slightly worn, natural look I’m always drawn to.

Simple materials, warm tones, and a little texture. That’s usually enough for me.

The first hint of autumn in Sitges.

A cooler morning along Sant Sebastià with the PAM422 and the IH13 Nina.

This American vegetable-tanned leather has become one of my favourites. Dense, smooth, and structured, it is the closest bovine leather I have found to the feel of Horween shell cordovan. It breaks in slowly, keeps its shape, and becomes better the more it is worn.

On a 47mm Panerai, that balance of structure and comfort just works.

I currently list it in Natural and Yellow Tan, but I can make it in a much wider range of colours on request.

Some watches already have enough presence.

The PAM382 Bronzo is definitely one of them.

This MH03 Prowler was built with a dark brown leather and a touch of yellow stitching — not to compete with the bronze case, but to bring out the warmth and give the whole combination a little more character.

Because sometimes a watch this bold doesn’t need more attention…

It just needs the right companion.

Made to order, one piece at a time.
