Celebrating 40 years of Andiata

Founded in Finland on April 1st 1986 by Tarja Rantanen, Andiata began with a clear vision: to create timeless, feminine pieces. The first collection, Spring/Summer 1986, was inspired by Tarja’s first trip to Paris: consisting of 11 looks, petite florals and feminine shapes were designed to stand out in the Finnish fashion scene.

To mark the anniversary, we’ve opened our archives—revisiting four decades of design and digitising our original catalogues into a living archive that will continue to grow over time.

Now, for the first time, you’re invited to explore the evolution of Andiata—its silhouettes, signatures, and defining moments through the decades.
