We lost our 3tsy store on Saturday 😐😐
It was quite a shock for us as we didn't get any license strike for more than 5 years as we were really careful choosing IP which authorize fan made art
Sadly we had a rough year on this platform as we got tons of strike about our 3d models inspired by fictional w3apons.
We tried several times to contest these strikes as it does follow 3tsy 's policy, but we talk only with bots so we never managed to delete these strikes.
So sadly this last strike led our store to be close PERMANENTLY. We can fill a form to make an appeal, I think we will try it but we are still wondering if it's worth it.
This platform is a hell to work with, it takes a high percentage on each item sold, it pressures you to be online 24/7 and reviews and DMS are mostly some of the rudest possible. The platform is filled with AI and drop shipping, we do not feel welcomed and respected as artists. But the reality is that it is one of the biggest marketplaces and it's hard to accept to leave it financially, especially as we're full time artists... So we'll take some days to make our final decision 💪
