Things weren't really going quite the way the hospital had hoped, so after Dex's London stay at GOSH, he finally came home but not long after was taken back to the JR where they communicated with GOSH and contained his treatment.

I felt the blood drain from me and wondered if something was going to go very wrong. My brain equated every little thing as a sign I was going to lose him. I've barely been able to have much head space for anything else. Luckily this has not been the case though, and we're finally seeing some improvements again.

So, his dad and I are not together but co parent, have known each other since our teenager years and are still close friends. He's currently with him at the JR and popped me an update picture, and I could cry seeing his little smile 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 (obviously covered here)
