🧡 Why do we always ask you to scoop and swoop? 🧡

It might feel like a small step, but it can make a huge difference to how your bra fits.

Every time you put your bra on, take a few extra seconds to scoop and swoop. By gently bringing all of your breast tissue from the sides and underneath into the cups, you can make sure it’s all inside the cups and that the underwire is sitting around your breast tissue, not on it.

Why is it so important?

🧡 Your cups can only fit properly if all your breast tissue is inside them.

🧡 It helps you see whether the cup size is right or if you need a different size.

🧡 It allows the underwire to sit where it was designed to, giving you better comfort and support.

🧡 It often creates a smoother, more natural shape under your clothes.

Many women have never been shown how to put a bra on properly, so if you’ve never heard of “scoop and swoop”, you’re certainly not alone.

That’s why we always ask you to do it during a fitting, and why we encourage you to do it every time you put your bra on. It’s one of the simplest habits you can build, and it can make a real difference to the way your bra fits and feels.
