There’s something special about the friendships that running creates. They’re built on so much more than just one foot in front of the other. Our running friends can be our backbone, our cheerleaders but also our life support when we need it most.
The people I’ve met through running have genuinely changed my life, they understand me as a person, just their presence makes me feel at ease and I know I have made life long friendships.
