A recent batch of bears made from clothing belonging to a much loved husband,father and grandfather. I shall never get over how making these bears bring the clothing to life with cherished memories for the loved ones to remember them by.

The tent and gazebos are up, tables and stands are in, and the wine is poured, it can only mean one thing it’s the Bloxham steam rally this weekend. You will find myself and my market bestie on the market area all weekend from 10am until 5pm. There is so much to see even Vikings! So why not come along and join in the fun

It was my great privilege to be asked to make these custom costumes for these beautiful seniors , the last photo was the inspiration for these ‘Brown eyed girl’ ballet dresses that started off as a plain cream coloured base. They all danced so beautifully and made my costumes look stunning 🥰

Let’s talk AI images in costume making, while it is a fabulous tool for design where you can instantly try different colours and designs without lifting a pair of scissors or threading a needle. Be very careful when spending your hard earned cash as although based on a picture of an almost finished costume I was able to create this almost lifelike picture of a set of ballet dresses that in reality only exist in my imagination!!

I’m absolutely besotted with this bear we used all the special elements of the apron to recreate one especially bear sized, the stripes needed some special attention but i think you’ll agree this special bear is a perfect keepsake of a special grandma
