Today I’m celebrating one year in this big family . It’s a milestone, a big achievement, and it’s one of the most important relationships I’ve had since arriving in London from Italy back in 2014, and surprisingly it’s with my Employer – Franco Manca.
1 year. One of the most challenging. It seems like a lifetime ago, but somehow it has passed so quickly. It’s been a journey I’ve relished every minute of.
I’ve been in hospitality for 15 years and finding that right fit is something that’s close to my heart. I’m lucky to find that with Franco Manca, and aim to find that for everyone I work with, colleagues and customers. I love working for Franco Manca. Some may think that somewhat sycophantic, but it’s true (I’m not after a pay rise!). There’s been ups and downs over this year, of course, but I’m still here and there’s a reason for that; I believe in the company.
Working with Franco Manca has been very enjoyable and I have learned and grow a lot, and I still have to. A lot of my friends hate going into their jobs but I’ve always looked forward to coming in to work here. Together, we are facing a true unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of us, but nevertheless we’re all connected as a strong family. Thank you to all of you 🥰
