Having spent the entire summer renovating two derelict allotment plots, I've now fired up the Singers and I'm back to mask-making for the winter months. Here are some new designs just uploaded to the webshop at www.ecocushions.co.uk .

Some of the designs listed on the site have sold out, but in most cases I still have fabric and can make them up to order at no additional cost. I can also make up masks from your own fabric if you need them to match a special outfit 😍. They come in five sizes, and this style proved the most comfortable and best-fitting after extensive testing of many different types - plus you can chuck them in with the normal thirty-degree wash and they'll last for ages. Just added the first three of nine horse-themed cushion covers to the website today. There will be only one each of nine different designs, and they'd make a wonderful Christmas present for any pony-mad person in the family. The cushion pad is not included, but they're easy to find in the shops and online. I'd suggest using a bigger pad than the one in the photos, which is a bit sad and squishy! 🐎

I'm determined not to use plastic packaging, and I've been sending mask orders out in paper envelopes. That's fine when it's only one or two masks, but now I've found these rather beautiful biodegradable mailers, which rot away to leave absolutely no plastic residue. Just right for larger mask orders, cushion covers, and so on!

Three of this beautiful new batik design in Medium are in the webshop today. Colour reproduction is never very accurate on monitors or phones, and on my screen this looks like a mix of navy and lighter blues, while in reality the blues contain a hint of green. Cyan? Cerulean? It's lovely, anyhow 🤩
