💖 A little update regarding balloon bookings…

Due to an increasing number of late and unpaid orders, I need to make a change to how I take bookings.

From now on:
🎈 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
🎈 The remaining balance must be paid one week before collection, delivery or setup.

This isn’t something I wanted to do but I’ve lost over £200 this week alone through people not paying and I’m spending far too much time chasing payments.

I work around my three young children, arranging childcare so I can make, collect supplies, deliver and set up your balloons. I simply don’t have the time to keep chasing money on top of everything else.

I truly appreciate every single customer who pays on time and supports my small business, you keep it going, and I’m so grateful. ❤️
