I have a waiting list for dress cleaning. Currently at full capacity so dress cleans will be performed on a first come first served basis from March onwards.

Sorry for the panic, I think I’ve worried some of you. Not my intention!
After quite a long closure I have reopened and am currently running appointments from the studio 4 days a week. 2022 was already looking quite full once postponements from 20/21 were moved across again. I’m working through enquiries now so if you haven’t heard from me yet please allow 48hrs for a reply to confirm your booking. If you haven’t yet made an enquiry then your first appointment must take place 5-6 weeks before your wedding date. I will need to secure this with you very soon to avoid any disappointment, especially if your date falls between April-September.

The studio is now closed, effective immediately so that I can spend precious time with my family. All points of contact will be ceased until further notice. Please note this only applies to new enquiries and/or bookings. All appointments already booked over the course of the next 2 weeks will still be honoured.

A very big congratulatory shout out to all 33 of you who got married this weekend. Never have I ever worked with so many brides for the same date, but what a pleasure it was to meet you all and help you with your wedding dresses. I hope each and every one of you had the most amazing day that was nothing less than perfect, regardless of whatever restrictions may have been in place.
Between late appointments, long nights, periods of isolation and last minute fittings, you all remained incredibly patient and kept your faith in me to deliver your altered wedding gowns in time. Thank you all so much!
I was thinking of you all this weekend in between the naps that I very much needed 😂

There is a reason I’ve been quiet this week and unable to take any of your calls/respond to messages. I now have back log for the back log 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thank you so much for bearing with me, I’m working as hard as I can but I’m on my own and it’s a lot to juggle. If you’re enquiring into 2022/23 then rest assured the diaries for those years aren’t even open yet so you won’t have missed out. If you haven’t heard back from me about bookings or postponements or emails regarding your alterations, it’s a matter of helping one person at a time, I promise it isn’t ignorance. 33 of you are now proceeding with your weddings on 26th June, 18 of you on 3rd July and 11 of you on 10th July plus weekdays in between. As happy as this makes me it means I’m absolutely flat out.
If you hadn’t guessed already, this is a huge thank you for your ongoing support but I’m also pleading with everyone for your patience yet again. 🙏 ❤️

Hey everyone!

Just popping on to reassure you all that I am open again. I’m aware my responses are slow. Please, please bear with me 🙏

My personal use of Facebook has ended and because of this it’s taking me a while to make sure I am receiving everything I should from you all. This page is still running via Instagram (no you don’t have to follow me on there to see my updates - all posts transfer to FB automatically so you don’t need to have insta to stay in touch with me, if you want to follow then it’s ).
My inbox is open but please avoid using the booking system on my page if you can as your appointment requests are not coming through to me for some reason, (I am investigating).

For those of you who I’ve had the pleasure of seeing since 12th April please know how happy it’s made me! I’ve loved every appointment so far and I hope you have too. I’m aware I have dresses here that have resided with me for over a year now, I’m also aware of the queue for dress cleaning, I promise I’m getting there.

The diary for this year is filling nicely and it’s so nice to see postponements in place for many of you. The admin for this has been absolutely relentless though, I’ve had almost 200 of you to postpone and this is the reason my 2022/23 diaries are not yet open for you to secure your appointments. As soon as the 2021 admin is finished I will open the diaries and be in touch with those of you on my waiting list for next year onwards.

For those of you who have managed to marry during lockdowns, huge congratulations to you all 🎉 To those waiting for your postponements, I can’t wait to see you all, and for those setting dates for 2022 onwards, happy planning and thank you so much for your patience!

Just so you know what to expect from your appointments with me - You may bring one other person with you, mask wearing is essential, my working environment is completely covid secure, and you WILL have plenty of fun!

Just one more week of homeschooling and I promise to be more responsive from 8th March onwards. The diary for next year has finally landed and I’ll be prioritising the rescheduling of all 2021 appointments first. As soon as everybody has secured/confirmed a new date with their venues I will be in touch with those of you who were transferred to the 2022 follow-up list.
Sorry so many of you are going through the disappointment for this half of the year all over again. Here’s hoping this Summer is a new start 🤞Just a note that I cannot open until 12th April so if your wedding is proceeding this month or next please can you get in touch with me?
