STOCK & DELIVERY:
please note all items are imports unless stated on the post of the item that they are uk stock. Imports take around 1-2 weeks (sometimes over due to bank holidays or customs. We cannot help that so please don’t give abuse because your item is taking longer than expected.) uk stock can take up to a week or very rare, longer. Again this depends on transit and weather conditions within the delivery and we cannot help that. We cannot provide any refunds if your parcel is taking longer than expected/“missing” as it will more than likely still turn up.
UK STOCK DELIVERY TIMES:
•next day delivery
•1st class (1-3 days)
•Standard (2-7 days)
IMPORT STOCK DELIVERY TIMES:
•1-2 weeks
•3-4 weeks (on very rare occasions)
PAYMENTS:
•Payments can be made by bank transfer & PayPal, details will be sent to you once you confirm an order. You must pay asap as items sell out quickly! I will not hold items or take deposits!
POSTAGE & TRACKING:
Postage is always free & tracking is always provided. Please message us to ask for your tracking ❤️ you must track your own items and any updates needed to contact the delivery company. We know just as much as you and can only provide info that we see on the tracking ourselves!
RETURNS & REFUNDS:

• No refunds if your item is late and past est delivery time.
• No refunds if you “dont like your item
• No refunds if your item(s) “don’t look real”
• No refunds due to the quality of the item
• No refunds for damaged packaging or boxes
• No refunds if item is correct size ordered and just doesn’t fit
NO REFUNDS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS, UNDERWEAR, SOCKS OR JEWELLERY! THIS IS DUE TO HYGEINE REASONS.
• IF YOUR ITEM IS VERY DAMAGED WITH MAJOR MARKS OR RIPS THEN PLEASE CONTACT ME WITHIN 24 HOURS OF IT BEING DELIVERED. DO NOT TAMPER WITH ITEMS IE CLEAN OR DO ANYTHING IF YOU CAN RETURN AS WE WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK. IF IT IS NOT REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS THEN MYSELF OR SUPPLIERS CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!

JUST SOME NOTES:
when ordering we don’t count weekends and the 1-w week wait or 2-5 day wait if uk stock only starts when posted!! For example if something was posted on a Friday but not sent until the Tuesday then you would count the 1-2weeks from the day it was sent. and it’s 1-2weeks working days we don’t count weekends!!! 🩷 For example from 15th march - 22nd march that is only 5 working days excluding the weekends that is how you count the days when ordering please !!
Also please track your own items! Once we give you your tracking number you are liable to check your tracking. We cannot give any more of an update than the tracking so please don’t ask us for an update unless you don’t have your tracking.
