1.4kg of tartan, plaid and Harris pieces. They are perfect for patchwork or crafting. All pieces are good useable sizes.
The tartans are random.
The tweeds are from Lochcarron, MacNaughtons and Johnston’s.

Well what a weekend I had at Aberdeen Highland Games.
Stunning weather.
Super pitch location where we could watch the games during quiet spells.
Awesome sales and enough time to go visit many stallholder chums.
All together a great time.

The views along the cliffs today were stunning. If you are in Portsoy this is a recommended walk to stretch your legs.

Taking time off now for two weeks to recharge and restock.

Tomorrow is a big day!
Your Vibes Bus Tours has its very first tour!
They are coming to Portsoy!

Back in 2025 I had the pleasure of meeting Liz and Kay at a business meeting to discuss collaborations with many other businesses.
They told me about their Bus Tour plan and I suggested coming to Portsoy and doing a walking tour through our gorgeous town visiting local businesses and film locations for Whisky Galore and Peaky Blinders.
The ladies came for a look and decided it would be an excellent idea.

So here we are… the first tour is tomorrow Wednesday 10th.

Should you wish to book on a private tour or go on one of their planned tours do give them a shout.

Meanwhile the Tweedery Studio is ready to welcome their first guests for a private visit.
Delighted to be part of their new venture.
