Welcome to *Aimz Alterations and Bespoke* studio! 💕

I'm taking a well-deserved break for the next 8 days to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday and my little lady's very first holiday abroad! 🥰🌴

I will still try to respond to messages where I can, especially if anything is urgent. Otherwise, please bear with me and I will get back to everyone as soon as I'm back in the studio. ❤️

From a long, beautifully scalloped train to a gorgeous, delicate mini scalloped train! 🤍

A lovely client of mine found her dream dress but, due to the location of her wedding, she didn't want a long train. She also felt that the original train was a little too big for her petite frame and wanted something that would complement her body shape a little more.

During her fitting appointment, we talked through all the different options to bring her vision to life.

We discussed the length of the new train, how the original lace would need to be carefully unpicked and reshaped into smaller scallops, the positioning of the lace and, most importantly, how I could keep as much of the original shape and style of the dress as possible.

Every little detail was carefully considered to make sure the finished result still felt like her dream dress, just with a few personal touches to make it her own. 🥰

I absolutely loved working on this transformation!

There's something so special about taking a client's vision and bringing it to life. Seeing someone feel so happy and confident in their dress makes all the hard work worthwhile! 🤍✨

I absolutely love creating bespoke pieces for my clients and bringing their visions to life! 😍✨

It’s one of my favourite parts of what I do, as it allows me to add that little bit of love, care and personality into every piece I create. 🧵🤍

Bespoke pieces can include lace straps, sleevelets, sleeves, jackets and so much more! Each piece can be carefully created using the closest matching lace, or the closest matching tulle where needed, to complement your beautiful dress perfectly.

Every bespoke piece is handmade with love and delicately handled, ensuring every little detail is just right. ✨

I love being able to take your ideas and turn them into something completely unique, made especially for you. 🤍

This gorgeous gown needed the back taken in to achieve a secure, flattering fit. To keep the design looking seamless, the lace was carefully unpicked, adjusted, and repositioned to ensure everything remained beautifully symmetrical. 🧵🤍

Alterations aren't just about making a dress smaller or bigger — they're about preserving the original design while creating a fit that feels completely made for you.
