The Sanitary Pottery Co 'The Excelsior' WC pan. To be repaired but should be available within the next two months.

Now available on the website: 1950s 'The Burlington Trade Mark Sanito' manufactured by the Maples Foundry Co of Church Lane, Tipton. A particularly unique design that was exclusive to Maples.

However. The cistern is designed to be compatible with multiple different lids that were manufactured back in the day. This one has a lid from a Samuel Thompson 132 cistern, as the original had long gone before the cistern was retired. No difference to be noticed, and quite a good idea to have had a standardized lid across rival companies.

On the side, but sadly not traceable is Reg No 778162

I've realized I've not posted for some time. I'm still here, and here's a recent removal. It housed a 'The Japkap' high level cistern with all accessories.

I've got loads of stock at the moment. Maybe too much. Plenty to offer that dates between the Edwardian Era to 1969. My eBay page will be reactivated by the end of the week. There will be an influx of Japkap high level cisterns to come on the website soon as well. Restoration & Repair service in the workshop is still open.

Also I'm open for local plumbing jobs (cold water) in the Norfolk / Suffolk area.

Finally happened: I've completely repaired and sealed a cracked lead WC syphon.

Slow blowtorch, small flat blade & lots of flux. Although an experimental piece, it's superb when improvisation works out.

Unfortunately, I forgot to take a before photo, so here's a later one I did for an old overflow pipe.
