The fastest way to burnout is the need to people please, can I squeeze in that bit of work done before end of day… sure, run and extra errand… of course, look after an extra kids… why not!!

Gen Z are much better at bodies and sating nope then their millennial counterparts, but when that hormones shift happens and peri menopause hits you know that nope is going to be your new favourite word!!!

Which generation has better boundaries? Apart from any toddler, they win every time!!!😂

This feel really exposing and you see how nervous I was by the pure blushing from the start but here’s my interview with local tv.

Mabes now feels more famous, Noah’s fuming I called him text book and didn’t mention his actual name 😂.

This was well out of my comfort zone but hopefully I got the main messages across.
