Hello to anyone that still follows this account! I closed Aries and Eira around a year ago to concentrate on my weaving. Well, recently I've combined my love of weaving with creating fun and colourful jewellery!🌈

So if you followed Aries and Eira because you loved bright and colourful jewellery, whether that's for everyday wear or events like festivals, then you should follow my weaving account .eira.textiles because I'm now making these passementerie jewellery pieces and they're available to buy!

These are the first few pieces that I've made (4th choker has already been sold!) and I'm planning to make more. I'd also love to create bespoke pieces for people so please email me at [email protected] to enquire.

Aries and Eira will be closing at the end of August.

This is something I’ve been thinking about for a while now. I used to absolutely love running my little business but recently it’s become impossible to sustain it. Last year I actually lost money.

I was always hopeful that I could grow this business and sustain it but unfortunately that is simply not the case. Etsy isn’t the same place it used to be back when I joined in 2016. Rising fees and a lack of support for small businesses have seen a lot of people leaving the platform and it’s a shame that I’m adding to those numbers but the truth is Aries and Eira isn’t something I enjoy anymore.

I’m running a closing down sale until the end of August when I will be closing my shop for good. However, scarves and buttons will stay at their original prices as they will become part of .eira.textiles which is my other creative account!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years and to everyone who had purchased something!💕 Please do follow me on .eira.textiles as that is my new focus!
