Good couple of weeks with two appeals won and approval of a 2021 application that had been passed to us to resolve due to inactivity.
Quieter start to the year so far but still busy so get booked in so things are not a last minute rush !

A slightly different job.
Called out to look a possible 'sink hole' and was not sure what to expect, as these are not usual in the area.
A large void had appeared and when carefully climbed down the slope was greeted by a massive old soakaway chamber. One wall had collapsed and the other three hanging in there- just. Around 8ft sq (2.4m) and likely similar depth.
