Don’t mind the yellow chalk mark. I’m recycling an old shirt into a new kids t-shirt. I really wanted to keep the volcom stone stitching detail on the side that was originally there so it took some extra marking and measuring. Reduce, reuse, recycle ♻️

Taking a break from quilts for some clothes and this evening’s project: fabric letters for a sweet baby and a drawstring bag.

This is 100% cotton, 2 layers of batting quilted on my domestic machine. Nothing fancy but so cute. Snipped with pinking shears.

Would I even be nesting for baby #2 If I wasn’t sewing for him 🫠
