I’ve been busy this morning drawing a commemorative piece of work for this goegkirrkw soul - we used to see him everyday and he play with our long haired cat Alfie all the time - both rubbing up against each other - I hadn’t seen him for weeks so asked on Bolsover Opinions which is a town/area group on Facebook- his owner messaged me and told me the sad news that he had passed away and was knocked down on our main road - I felt devastated- he was only 4. It was however a rather lovely love story- we always assumed Oswald was a girl as he really was so beautiful and gentle, but Oswolds owner had also seen him playing with a long haired black and white cat ( our Alfie) and had also assumed he was a girl (Alfie was a very pretty cat also) A true love story 💙💙 Alfie was nearly 16 and we sadly lost him to a stroke we think it was only 5 weeks ago - at least our 2 boys can be reunited in heaven now - RIP both of you gorgeous souls - not ready to draw Alfie yet ###
