y name is Becky, I have been making handmade mala beads since 2014. This was a significant year for me, as this was the year I became a mother and graduated as a qualified yoga instructor. A ‘Stork’ the symbol of ‘New Life’ suited this precious happy and enchanting time and so Chanting Stork began. Yoga is primarily my inspiration for pretty much everything and lies at the heart of Chanting Stork. THE MALA BEADS

Authentic and natural gemstones are mindfully used according to their associated energies, however colour and design must also play a large part in achieving balance. One common aspect of Chanting Stork mala’s is the use of sandalwood. You will find this aromatic raw element in nearly all of my malas, as it smells divine and evokes a sense of tranquillity and peace. Our sandalwood is sustainable and forestry commission approved. Historically mala beads were used for Japa Meditation. This form of meditation is great for everybody and even those who a completely new to meditation as it utilises multiple points of focus: the breath, the mantra, and the touch and movement of the mala beads. MINDFUL LIVING

Life is a constant moving mediation. It’s about discovery, learning the magic and power that lives within each and every one of us. An understanding so we can interact on a much deeper layer with the world around us. Taking care of and appreciating all sentient beings and this beautiful planet.

Meet The Wayfinder.
A Mala for trusting your path, walking into the mystery of life and remembering to notice the magic along the way.

Handmade with Aquamarine Dream Stone, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite, Turquoise and Jade, woven through with my signature Chanting Stork sandalwood beads.

💙 Lapis Lazuli for inner wisdom, truth and intuition.
💚 Malachite for transformation, courage and opening the heart.
🩵 Turquoise for protection, expression and connection.
🌿 Jade for harmony, abundance and good fortune.
🤎 Sandalwood for grounding, presence and stillness.

Together, these beautiful stones are a reminder that we are connected to the earth, to each other and to something much bigger than ourselves.

We don’t always need to know where we’re going.

Sometimes we simply need to trust the next step, keep our eyes open to the beauty around us and allow the mundane to become miraculous. ✨

These beauties came with me to my last retreat… and I’m VERY excited to be launching a brand new collection at our Autumn Alchemy Retreat in Norfolk next month 🍂

They’re so much more than beautiful semi-precious stones. Malas are traditionally used for meditation and, for me, as a reminder of my purpose, personal mantra… or life motto, as I used to call it before I even knew what a mantra was 😜✨

✨ Mala of Joy ✨is a little piece of joy that you can wear. Created around the intention of welcoming joy and magical experiences. I LOVE working with citrine.

Affirmation “I welcome in joy into my life”.

It includes a large nugget of Citrine as its guru stone too for Japa Meditation or simply a reminder of your affirmation when you wear her.

Others stones included were: Orange Galaxy Jasper, Rhodonite, Jade and as always organic sustainable sandalwood from India. All chosen with care for their meanings and hand knotted with love.

✨📿✨Intuition…

Listening to the whispers, noticing the synchronicities, and having the courage to follow your heart.

Bringing this Mala making workshop into this retreat was such a magical experience to share. After our morning practice and guided meditation we journaled and took time to tune into our values, our desires and the intentions. And that was what we weaved into our bracelets.

So then our choice of stones, colours and beads become reminders to trust our inner knowing and follow our hearts desires❤️
