What a fun-filled week stepping back into the 80s! 🕺✨

Our favourite part? Seeing all our little ones rocking their sweatbands and joining in with some aerobics—because why not?! 😄

We know the hot weather can make it tricky to think of ways to keep little ones entertained, so we're always so grateful that you bring the energy, smiles, and amazing vibes each week. We truly love what we do, and it's all thanks to you! ❤️

Can we just take a moment for the dads? 🙌

Because there is something about a dad walking into his first baby class that we absolutely live for 🤩

We love it when dads come because…

👨 They bring a different kind of energy. Silly, loud, upside down, make the baby laugh until they hiccup energy. And honestly? The babies are absolutely OBSESSED with it 😂

They surprise themselves. Every. Single. Time. That dad who walked in looking slightly terrified is the same dad leaving with a really good experience with their little one.

They remind us why we do this. Watching a dad slow down, put the phone away and just be completely present with their baby for an hour is one of the most beautiful things we get to witness.

So dads — this one is for you 👇

⚡️We are hosting our Father’s Day special on Sunday 14th June and we would absolutely love to have you there. Come and see what we actually get up to. Sing the songs. Learn the moves. Get the photos. Make the memories.

Do Father’s Day the right way… with Little Roots! 😊🏁

We had so many Dad’s join us in class today to celebrate the bank holiday and it got us thinking about our upcoming Father’s Day Special!

What we can guarantee you at the event 👇🏼

📸 The most ridiculously adorable photo opportunities because someone needs to prove Dad actually does the baby classes too.

😂 At least one moment where Dad has absolutely no idea what he’s doing but is giving it 100% anyway.

🎶 The unique experience of watching a fully grown man sing Twinkle Twinkle with complete and utter conviction and zero embarrassment

😅 A workout Dad did not see coming. Baby yoga is no joke as a lot of you experienced today!

🤍 A room full of the good ones: the dads, grandads, stepdads and father figures who show up and that is everything

🌿 Memories that will last a lifetime and a special keepsake to take home to remember the day.

👩🏻 Mums, bring them along and take the time to drink that hot cup of tea while Dad has it all under control 😅🙈

I cannot tell you how much we both enjoyed today and we weren’t even the ones getting to play with all the paint! 😂😅

The tunes were vibing, the babies were smiling and we loved how you planned your white t-shirts to get equally as stuck in 🥹🥰

WE LOVE OUR JOBS! HOW LUCKY ARE WE! 🌍🌱

We hope they are skills that you never need to use ⛑️❤️‍🩹

We are collaborating with CB Training Services Limited & Bubble Tots to bring you our ‘BABY FIRST AID & PLAY’ workshop ⛑️🌱

From our previous careers, first aid has always played a significant part to our roles and that doesn’t change as we’ve entered the baby class sector. We are both trained in paediatric first aid and first aid at work and from my experience of training with the team at I can assure you their attention to detail and bringing training simulations to real life scenarios is second to none ✨

👨🏼👩🏽 We will be welcoming Ross and Jen into our Little Roots family to bring you a free play session with your baby whilst learning those all important paediatric life saving skills.

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT ✨

⛑️ An introduction to paediatric first aid - focusing on food safety & choking intervention, water play safety and life saving skills.

🌱 Themed play stations to explore with your baby whilst having the opportunity to ask any questions to the team.

☕️ Free tea and coffee! We might even bring out the biscuits…

👶 Suitable for babies from birth to movers. Steph and El will be on hand to help out with your movers during the workshop.

🚨 Very limited spaces due to the nature of the session and aiming to keep it informative.
