Customer service is sometimes about what you INTEND… and sometimes about how the customer EXPERIENCES it. 🤔

Something happened in the boutique recently that genuinely made us stop and think.

A customer felt that she wasn’t acknowledged when she walked in, while from our side, there was absolutely no intention to ignore her. In fact, my team thought she wanted to browse without being disturbed.

But then things took an unexpected turn… 👀

I’d genuinely love to hear your honest opinion:

Were we wrong? Should we have made more of an effort to greet her? Or did she overreact?
