Little Loved Threads UK will be at Duston Community Centre this morning with preloved clothing for ages 0–12, toys, books, accessories and maternity essentials. Prices start from just 20p!

What to expect at a popup🛍️

For those who are new here or haven’t attended one of our events before.This is what you can expect as I know sometimes walking into a room can be overwhelming when you don’t know where to start!🥰
🧑‍🧑‍🧒Upon arrival, door entry is £1 PP cash, children FREE. card payment is excepted on any other purchase💳
🕧The room will be set up going around clock wise in size order from 0-12yrs. Boys and girls are separate boxes/ rails and older clothes rails are mixed. Boxes are divided into 0-6, 6-12, 12-18,18-24, 2-3,3-4, etc. Gender neutral will be mixed into all boxes 🤍
📚Dotted around the room we have individual tables for babygrows, books, baby toys, toddler toys, older toys, teddies, shoes and accessories such as socks, hats, bibs, headbands, muslins, scratch mitts etc. Any bigger items will be under the table/ outskirts of the room🧢🧣
🏷️Prices, All clothes will have labels attached to them and any two pieces will be attached together or labelled as a set so you are aware it’s not an individual item. Teddies, toys, books or anything that I couldn’t label with a tag has a colour sticker on and there will be sheets around the tables for you to check the price. Colour stickers are priced from 20p-£5. All stickers will be visible to find, The front corner (book) or on the back of the barcode (teddies).Unfortunately sometimes pricing does fall off the item so please do ask if your ever unsure☺️
🚪Our payment table will be by the exit. We have bags available if needed but encouraged to bring your own. The total you pay is final,We do not except refunds, please ensure you’ve completely checked over the item before purchasing inwhich you would be happy to pay for. I do check over each item for imperfections before pricing according. Unfortunately sometimes I do make mistakes especially if any marks are hidden so if the item or price doesn’t seem right please ask. I will make amendments 🫶🏼 With toys being donated, if they are battery operated please bear in mind that some items will require new batteries!

These beautiful donations needed a separate post from the rest🥹
We also have lots of donations that are still trending in the shops🤩 do you love brunch club? Toy Story? All things bows/ hearts? If you couldn’t get your hands on them in the shop, we have it all and they will be available to purchase tomorrow at Moulton!😅🛍️ It would be lovely to see you there!

I can’t honestly believe that tomorrow is our Moulton pop up event!🥹 With it being so last minute and the summer holidays I am really nervous but so excited to see those who are coming along!🥳

This is probably the most random preview I have done however take a look at some of our new donation that will be coming along tomorrow from tiny baby up to 8 years🩵🩷

A very short notice for our next event only 19 DAYS🙈 However I have managed to find a venue that will fit us in🤩 I won’t lie this has caused a lot of worry and stress, I’ve emailed multiple venues with various dates but had no luck # for August 🥲 so I feel very lucky to be able to hold an event in Moulton especially because it has been a popular recommendation on here💕

If you’re looking for things to do over the summer holidays and free on Saturday 22nd then please do consider coming along to our pop up event, there is something for everyone at rock bottom prices🤩 Attending our events even if it is just a quick visit really does make my day and everyone is welcome! 🥰

The future of littlelovedthreadsuk🩷✨

We need you’re opinions!🙈

With our popup events only happening occasionally we still need to keep the business up and running on a daily/ regular basis! As much as I would love to hold more frequent events it isn’t always possible due to the amount of preparation that requires before and during our event days- without my friends and family’s support during set up, the events wouldn’t be possible and sometimes we aren’t all available on event days so it can be tough and very time consuming 🤍
Would you volunteer with us on event days? If yes then please get in touch we would love to hear from you 💕

With that in mind, as a small business we still have monthly bills to pay whether we have an event booked or not and managing a small business financially isn’t easy, so I have been considering other options on how we can grow as a small business and continue to help our environment and local families inbetween each event🥰

Vinted & car boots~ our bargain prices will of course stay the same! However it will allow people to purchase and view all of our stock a lot more regularly. If we plan to attend a local car boot we would share which car boot it is in advance so people know where we are and we would take a couple of different sizes, books, toys and accessories so we have a variety for everyone! If ordering from vinted and in the local area we can still arrange for collection to prevent the added fees😊 However with having hundreds of stock for Vinted we would uploaded in smaller quantities to ensure we have little bit of everything on there👀

We will still continue to advertise on our social media’s our larger equipment and try to help with any requests people may have if we have the item in stock🙏🏼
