all Scally Wags Ribbons are made to order. All orders require an 50% deposit or you can choose to pay in full at the time of order, deposits are none refundable under any circumstances unless the fault lies with Scally Wag ribbons and we cannot supply you your chosen item, ALL hand made items have a typical 3-4 weeks turn around time. Refunds are not accepted on any item unless your item is faulty

and refunds will be processed upon return of your items. Items which are believed to be deliberately sabotaged will not be liable for refund. Materials do and will change, we do not hold lots of stock and on occasions ribbons, elastic, bows and embellishments will differ. Please note you are purchasing the style of a bow not an exact replica of any photos seen on our page. If upon completion you are not happy with your design then this is your time to speak up and ask for any alterations to be made. not recommended for children under 3 as some parts may pose a chocking hazard, all children must be supervised while wearing handmade items.
