Lock down obviously agrees with me. Another lovely lacy green cardigan in soft cotton. This one has an almost indiscernible gold thread running through.

Hey look, I actually finished something for myself. Cardigan made in 100% soft cotton in the most gorgeous soft green colour. Pattern and wool both from The Sirdar Design Studio.

Another boys jumper. This time worked in fisherman rib with a striped front and striped bar across the bottom of the sleeves. This one in a lovely merino wool.

Boys hooded jumper all finished. I absolutely love it. Might have to order some more of this wool in different colours!

Self isolation not so bad when you have plenty of knitting projects to do. I just love this wool and the beautiful mix of colours.

Pretty glad I went to see The Wool Lady in Alfreton last week as my family and I are now self isolating to keep my son safe from infection. Plenty of knitting to do, now where to start??....
I actually didn't really need to stock up but this shop came highly recommended so I just had to go and take a look. It's fabulous, lots of stock, lots of room, very good prices and the lady was helpful. I will go again without a doubt!

My latest project is something for me! Knitting with a fine double knit silky cotton. This waistcoat is growing surprisingly quickly. Also have the same yarn in a lovely pale sage green to knit the cardigan afterwards. Lucky me!
