research in england found that cervical cancer rates were 87% lower in women who received the HPV vaccine at age 12-13 compared with those who weren’t offered it. the vaccination programme is estimated to have prevented hundreds of cancers and thousands of pre-cancerous cell changes. ✨

it’s one of the greatest public health success stories of our generation and not nearly enough people know about it. ❤️

cambodia has become the first country in the asia-pacific region to achieve the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets.

that means almost everyone living with HIV knows their status, almost everyone diagnosed is receiving treatment, and almost everyone on treatment has achieved viral suppression. it’s a huge reminder of what investment, education and accessible healthcare can achieve. 🥰

since april 2026, anyone keeping monkeys or other primates in England must have a specialist licence and meet strict welfare requirements similar to those expected in licensed zoos.

it isn’t a complete ban, but it should dramatically reduce the number of monkeys being kept in unsuitable homes. sometimes protecting animals starts with changing the law. 🐒💚

as a mum myself who had this vaccine, this feels special ✨ a study involving almost 300,000 babies in england found that the maternal RSV vaccine reduced babies risk of being admitted to hospital with RSV by around 80%. when the vaccine was given at least four weeks before birth, protection increased to around 85%.

the vaccine is offered on the NHS from 28 weeks of pregnancy, helping protect babies during those vulnerable first few months before they’re old enough to build their own immunity. 💕

national trust volunteers spotted a puffin chick known as a puffling, on Dorset’s coastline for the first time in three decades. 😍

from our very first disney inspired launches to some of our biggest ever sell outs, these designs have been such a huge part of our story. some of them have now been retired, but they’ll always have a special place in our hearts (and probably yours too) but now it’s time for a new chapter...✨

it’s one of those posts we never really wanted to write. after five amazing years, we’re saying goodbye to hollie.

if you’ve been here for a while, you’ll probably know exactly who we’re talking about. if you’ve ever watched one of our live sales, you’ll have laughed with her, chatted with her in the comments, or watched us both trying to hold it together when things inevitably went off script. 🤣

what many people don’t realise is just how much of Morning Club and Big Wild Thought has Hollie’s fingerprints all over it. from our nostalgic prints and wildlife designs to so many of the little details that make these brands feel like us, her creativity has helped shape them from the very beginning. 🥰

we’re incredibly sad to see her go, but we’re even more grateful that we got to spend the last five years having the best fun together. ☺️

hollie, thank you for absolutely everything. we’ll miss your talent, your kindness, your disney obsession, and your constant encouragement. ❤️

we’re sure so many of you will want to join us in wishing her all the happiness and success for whatever comes next. she deserves every bit of it. ✨
