A recent personal up-cycling project! I purchased this long sleeved large 1980s vintage dress for 50p at a vintage sale. I removed the sleeves, created a new neck line and took in the side seams to transform it into a sweet super comfortable 'throw on' summer dress. It's great to be able to re-purpose something that would likely have otherwise gone to waste. It also cost me barely anything apart from the time I spent making it.

Can't believe I nearly sold the original version of this 80s dress (on the right) 4 years ago! I've since worn it to death, so decided to copy the pattern and remake it with 80s vintage printed velvet, that I had in my fabric stash.
