Simple Stitch Simple Stitch is a design-led fabric company designed by Kerry Knight My name is Kerry Knight and I love fabric, patterns and bright colors.

I drink a lot of tea and from these passions I create handmade original flower designs made from fabric. It all started from an idea, scraps of old material (clothes and old material books) and a needle and thread. I am a real fiddler so sat on my sofa while watching TV and I started making different simple crafts. My mum (best lady in the world) suggested making flowers for a newly decorated hall

in her home. I went home with some fabric and came up with my designs. Since then I have been creating my flowers in my craft room, selling my work online through various websites and through word of mouth. I now sell a variety of handmade everlasting flowers arranged in various ways. All my creations are 100% hand stitched, and all pieces are cut by hand from my own original patterns. No fancy cutters and definitely NO sewing machines - just me, my fabric, scissors and a needle and thread. Oh and defiantly lots and lots of tea…
