An Important Update on Our Pick-up & Delivery Service 🚗✨

To all our wonderful Devon Pram Cleaning customers,
First of all, thank you so much for supporting our small business! We love keeping your prams, pushchairs, and car seats fresh, clean, and safe for your little ones.

As you know, we’ve always been happy to offer free pick-up and delivery within Exeter. However, due to the rising costs of fuel and transport, we’ve had to make a small change to keep our business running smoothly and maintain the high standard of cleaning you expect.

Starting from 1st November, we will be introducing a small fee for our pick-up and delivery service within a 5-mile radius of our Exeter base (EX2 7UB):

🚚 Pick-up & Delivery Fee (Within 5 Miles): £5.00 flat rate

📍 Drop-off & Collection Option: You are always welcome to drop off and pick up your items directly from us for FREE!

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have an existing booking made before 1st November, your original free pick-up terms will be honored.

Got a pram that needs some TLC? Drop us a message to book your clean!

Warmly,
Claragh xx

🧼 WHY I STRIP DOWN EVERY PRAM & CAR SEAT 💚

Did you know that every item is stripped down as far as the manufacturer’s instructions safely allow?

It’s not just about achieving the best possible deep clean! ✨

Removing the covers and accessible components allows me to reach those hidden areas where crumbs, dirt and debris build up, but just as importantly, it allows me to inspect the item more thoroughly.

🔎 What am I looking for?
• Signs of mould or mildew
• Visible damage, cracks or broken components
• Excessive wear and tear
• Issues that may affect the item’s safe use

Your little ones rely on these items every day, so I believe it’s important to look beyond what you can see on the surface.

💚 SAFETY WILL ALWAYS COME BEFORE A CLEAN.

If I identify any concerns that could affect the safe use of an item, I will contact the customer to discuss my findings. If I believe the item may be unsafe to use, I will not proceed with the clean and will advise the customer not to use it until the concern has been properly assessed.

I will never knowingly clean and return an item that I believe may be unsafe for your little one.

Please remember that a visual inspection during cleaning cannot guarantee that an item is safe, but it can help identify visible concerns that may otherwise go unnoticed.

At Devon Pram Cleaning, it’s about more than making things look clean. It’s about care, attention to detail and putting your little ones first. 🤍

Why it’s so important to store items correctly.

This is not my clients fault, I have called them and informed them this seat is not safe for use.

This is why it’s so important when I’m stripping down a seat that I’m also inspecting every part of it. Nice there is damage the safety of this seat is compromised and cannot be used, also if there are mice dropping there is also going to be urine and no matter how deep a clean the risk of contamination of germs from the droppings it is just no longer safe.

My absolute must haves for the perfect clean 🧼

I would be lying if I said I don’t feel overwhelmed sometimes, but I just think how incredibly grateful I am for my clients who have made my dream come true. An idea that turned into something. Without all your support I wouldn’t be able to do this.
