Finally — this room feels like Cleo’s own space.

When we moved here in late October 2025, life was anything but straightforward. We faced a sudden job loss, launching Toddler Sense, our house move, and the sad loss of my father-in-law all in a very short time.

For months, this room was just boxes while I threw everything into getting the business off the ground. This weekend, I finally got it sorted — and it feels like a small, beautiful milestone.

Running this isn’t just about work — it lets me build something I love while being there for my girls. Thank you to every family who has supported me so far; you make this dream possible.

I told her I needed to share why we love Toddler Sense Gateshead so much… and also that I’ve got spaces to fill for the new term, so we need to spread the word! 😅

Through a face-full of yoghurt she summed it up perfectly 🤣 : she comes purely for the fun 🎉 — she’s made the best little friends here, I’ve made wonderful friends too, and honestly? Singing and dancing together every week is our absolute favourite part. It’s our happy place, where we laugh, play, and just enjoy being together.

Messages like this mean more than I can say. When I started Toddler Sense Gateshead, it was because I knew there was a gap here — families missing that special feeling, sad when their baby classes ended, wanting that same joy, care and connection for their growing toddlers.

Running a new business around my family isn’t easy, in fact it is extremely hard- but notes like this remind me exactly why I do it.
