I removed the deep cuff, re-shaped the Sleeve & Cuff, then re-attached. It looks great and works much better!

This oversized blouse needed some help!
I removed the floppy collar and decided on this mandarin collar.
I removed the cuffs, reduced the length and re-attached to sleeve higher up, as they were also too long!

Now it really works!
