Hello, I’m Viviana, and I’m so glad you’re here! From the moment I graduated as a Neonatal Nurse, I knew my heart belonged to supporting families during one of life’s most precious yet vulnerable times. Parenthood can feel like a whirlwind of emotions—exciting, overwhelming, and often confusing. It’s a journey filled with love, but also moments of uncertainty when you wonder, “Am I doing this righ

t?”

I find immense joy in supporting parents like you through this beautiful transition. I know firsthand how essential it is to have someone to turn to when you’re preparing for birth or adjusting to life with a newborn. Whether it’s organizing the nursery, discussing feeding options, or simply navigating the challenges of new routines, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. My passion for infant massage blossomed from a deep understanding of the magic of touch. There’s something incredibly powerful about nurturing your baby through gentle movements and skin-to-skin contact. It’s not just about relaxation; it’s about creating a bond that helps you communicate without words and truly understand your baby’s needs. With my background in neonatal care, I bring a wealth of knowledge wrapped in compassion. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can feel empowered and confident in your parenting journey. You are not alone—together, we can navigate this new chapter and celebrate the joys of parenthood. I invite you to reach out with any questions or to book a session. Let’s embrace this incredible journey together, building connections and memories that will last a lifetime!

Have you noticed your baby staring at lights, windows or bright spots around the room?

Don't worry, this very normal.

Your newborn's vision is still developing, and they're naturally drawn to bright areas, contrast and faces.

You don't need expensive toys or complicated activities to support your baby's development.

Your voice, your face, your cuddles and your everyday interactions are already helping your baby learn about the world around them.

Sometimes the simplest things really are the most powerful!

Save this for the newborn stage.

There is so much advice given to new parents, some helpful, some outdated, and some simply not supported by evidence.

As parents, it's easy to feel overwhelmed when everyone seems to have an opinion.

The truth is that many common beliefs about newborns don't reflect what we now know about infant development and responsive care.

Which myth did you heard the most?

Let me know in the comments.

Save this post for those moments when you start doubting yourself.

You're not doing anything wrong if your baby cries during nappy changes 🤍

Many newborns find nappy changes overwhelming, especially in the early weeks.

Think about everything that happens at once:

• clothes come off
• the temperature changes
• they're laid flat
• bright lights may be above them
• they're being moved and handled

For a newborn who is still adjusting to the world, that's a lot.

A few simple things that may help:

• have everything ready before you start
• keep the room warm if possible
• warm your hands before touching your baby
• talk or sing softly during the change
• move slowly and gently
• offer a few moments of connection before and after

Your baby isn't trying to make things difficult.

They may simply be telling you that this experience feels big and unfamiliar.

As your baby grows and becomes more familiar with daily routines, many become much more settled during nappy changes.

Save this for your next nappy change.

Have you ever noticed that your baby settles the moment you stand up... but starts crying again when you sit down?

You're not imagining it, its nature.

Before birth, your baby experienced constant movement throughout the day. Walking, changing position and everyday activities all created gentle motion that became familiar.

For many newborns, being carried, rocked or gently moved can feel comforting and help them feel more settled.

A few things that may help:

• hold your baby close to your chest
• use slow, gentle movements
• try babywearing if appropriate for your family
• respond to your baby's cues rather than waiting for them to become very upset
• remember that needing closeness is very common in the newborn stage

This doesn't mean you are creating a bad habit.

Many babies simply find movement and contact reassuring during the early weeks and months.

If you are worried about your baby's crying or behaviour, seek advice from a healthcare professional.

Save this for the next time your baby only settles when you're walking around 🤍

Many parents feel pressure to constantly entertain or stimulate their newborn.

But in the first weeks, your baby’s brain develops most through simple everyday connection.

Things like:

• Hearing your voice
• Being held and carried
• Eye contact
• Skin-to-skin contact
• Responding to their cries and cues
• Calm interaction during daily routines

all help your baby feel safe, supported and connected.

Newborns do not need complicated activities or overstimulation in the early weeks.

Love, comfort and responsive care are already supporting their development in powerful ways.

You are already doing more than you think.

If you are worried about your baby’s development or responsiveness, seek advice from a healthcare professional.

Save this for the newborn stage or share it with a parent that need it.
